Property Watch Services

Our Property Watch services include the following for each check:

• Visual inspection of the exterior of all buildings
• Visual inspection of the interior of all buildings 
• Check all doors and windows to ensure they are closed and locked
• Run water to make sure that it is not frozen
• Check kitchen cupboards and drawers for evidence of rodents
• Check all refrigerators and freezers to make sure they are running
• Check internal temperature of the house
• Check crawl spaces for any evidence of water infiltration
• Gather any mail or newspapers and put them inside the house
• Send an email to the Owner immediately for their records and insurance requirements that the property has been inspected
